How to apply

We have streamlined the application and admission process to make it simpler, faster and more convenient.

Step 1: Contact Us

The first step in applying for admission to American International / Distance University through CILC is to complete an information request form available on CILC website, or directly call CILC office to speak with an advisor who will explain the process and take you through further steps.  In the first scenario and after reviewing your request form an educational consultant will contact you within one business day.

Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview

The next step in the admissions process is to complete an interview. The interview with your education advisor is an important opportunity to ask questions, define your educational and professional goals, and explore whether services provided by CILC are beneficial to you.
  • Required documents for the interview:
    • Prepare your resume in English.
    • Discover your priorities and determine your educational and career objectives. 
    • Identify the right program and concentration among the variety of programs to help you reach your goals.
      If you could not find your desired program, don’t worry; our advisors will help you out during the interview.
  • English Language test result/s or their equivalent (for Non-Native English speakers)
    If an applicant is a  non-native English speaker, and has no record of study in an English speaking School (at least two years in last five years at the time application)American International / Distance University requires candidates to demonstrate certain level of English language proficiency; therefore  as non native English speakers applicant, if you have not taken TOEFL, IELTS ,CAN Test or any other accredited language test exams yet, we encourage you to  take your
    Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test (CLBPT) at a designated center, for more information regarding CLBPT click here. CILC are ready to provide intensive English language courses to prepare its applicants for the exams.

Step 3: Enrollment

 American International / Distance University has officially authorized CILC to perform all the required steps to fulfill the enrollment for all applicants/students live in Canada nationwide. During the interview all the required documents will be informed and after choosing the best program which suite your needs, all necessary official papers will be prepared for startup.
